Even with all of the things we have to do each day, it is still possible to prioritize our fitness. Not all of us have home gyms, saunas and ice baths available to us, and we aren’t all training for professional events, but we can still work with the tools we do have and maintain the motivation and scheduling it takes to remain fit as we get older.
